SCHEDULE
Day 1 - Getting to Pampa Linda:
The adventure begins with an early morning pick-up from Bariloche for a two-hour transfer to Pampa Linda, covering a distance of 80 kilometers. Upon arrival, participants will register at the park ranger's office before starting the ascent to Refugio Meiling, which takes approximately four to five hours. The trail ascends gradually through a forest of Coihues and Lengas, eventually reaching a rocky ridge that leads to the refuge. Once settled in, guests can enjoy the stunning surroundings with views of various glaciers.

Day 2 - Crossing the glacier:
Day 2 starts with a briefing session to outline the day's plan and an equipment check. The group will then embark on a four-hour trek to Refugio Roca, crossing the Alerces Glacier and navigating rocky ridges in high mountain terrain. Weather permitting, there will be several opportunities to stop for photos and rest. Upon arrival at Refugio Roca, participants can relax and settle into the spacious and modern refuge.

Day 3 - Lago Frías and comeback:
On Day 3, the journey begins early to ensure a timely arrival at Lago Frías, with the trek taking approximately five hours. The route passes through the Frías Valley, transitioning into the lush Valdivian rainforest, one of the park's areas with the highest annual precipitation. Upon reaching Lago Frías, participants will take a boat across to the northern shore. A short bus transfer will then lead to the next boat for a scenic journey from Puerto Blest to Puerto Pañuelos in San Carlos de Bariloche. Arrival is expected between 6 PM and 7 PM, depending on the season. The adventure concludes with a final land transfer of 26 kilometers back to the city center of Bariloche.
